The education and work experience of the principals for the firm, and of each attorney and tax analyst, make the Law Offices of Amari & Locallo uniquely qualified to best represent the legal and real estate and personal property tax assessment needs of the commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential property owner. This includes successful completion of course work sponsored by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO); participation in continuing (legal) education, in this most complicated area, as a provider to other practitioners, and/or as participants in professional programs; as well as involvement in professional organizations and associations such as the IAAO, the Institute of Property Taxation. Several maintain the designation and status as Certified Illinois Assessing Officers (CIAO-II).
