Professional Experience
  • Franco Coladipietro, a partner, clerked with the firm while attending the John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, International Association of Assessing Officers, and served as president of the Justinian Society (2007-2008). He practices exclusively in the area of property tax assessment matters on a nationwide basis. His representative client base includes national REITs, property management firms and commercial and industrial property owners. Franco supervises the firm’s out-of-county practice and national practice. He also manages the DuPage facility.
  • Mr. Coladipietro was elected to three terms in the Illinois House of Representatives and served as the minority spokesman for the Financial Institutions Committee and as a member of the Legislative Ethics Commission. Franco currently serves as the Village President in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
  • He resides in Bloomingdale with his wife Amy and their two children, Alyssa and Joey.
